Commercial Description:
Predominantly made up of Syrah grapes with a blend of Bordeaux varieties like Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cab Sav. Refreshingly pink in colour with a pleasant tartness and less natural sugar than white varieties of verjuice, hence more acidity. Refrigerate after opening.
Perfect as a non-alcoholic drink, or use as you would red wine vinegar or red wine. Particularly good in sauces for meat and spicy foods, and in salad dressings.
