The palate is intense and richly layered with a creamy mouthfeel and incredible drive and long persistence. Lingering flavours abound, with crème brûlée, crisp green apple and lemon meringue.
Hand-picked Chardonnay from renowned Two Terraces Vineyard in the Mangatahi sub-region were whole bunch-pressed, with only free run juice progressing to ferment in new and seasoned French oak barriques
