Named for the ?three cuts? of roses that are used in the distilling process, Three Cuts Gin multi-award winning range is made in small batches in the picturesque Tamar Valley wine region of Northern Tasmania. The gins are carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals.
Founder's Release is a contemporary gin with layered notes of organic juniper, coriander, fresh lime, cinnamon bark, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.
Nose: Enticingly floral with notes of contemporary juniper and lime
Palate: Rose upon a light juniper base with bold cinnamon spice and lime notes
Finish: Bright and vibrant with a subtle sweetness lasting to the end.
