"This is their latest 2024 vintage, and it’s a big act to follow with previous vintages winning Trophy, Double Gold, 5 Star, and No.2 rated Pinot Gris in Cuisine and Top Value Award from Master of Wine Bob Campbell. In fact, we can’t remember the last time this label didn’t seriously impress on the awards circuit.
And sure enough….another Gold at the NZ International Wine Show 2024! It definitely sticks its hand up as one of the country’s consistently top value Pinot Gris!
Made in an off-dry style from the Waipara region, where Simon (the head wine guy at Thornbury) says there’s heaps to see and do. Why not go whale watching in the Kaikoura or get a massage at the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools? A rub down will feel all the better with a glass of this citrusy, mouth-filling Gris!"
