Medium-full bodied, aromas of dark cherry, cherry plum and black raspberry, unfolding violet, thyme, sage, liquorice, nutmeg and cinnamon, and earthy aromas round up a savoury closing. The wine is concentrated with great balance acidity, bringing liveliness; silky, fine-grained tannins adorn the structure and savoury elements. This Pinot Noir is savoury with dark fruit, spice and floral details, fine-grained tannin structure and a long, balanced finish. Match with duck and lamb over the next 8+ years.
