Commercial Description

Velvet is our most premium, Flagship Bordeaux blend of: Cabernet Sauvignon 53%, Merlot 19%, Petit Verdot 17% Malbec 11% .  Finished with a wax seal and cork, it is a premium gift of the highest quality.

The Mudbrick Velvet appears inky black in the glass. It displays complex aromas of cassis, violets, liquorice, plums, coco, and spice. The palate is concentrated with dark fruits, plush round tannins and a long pure finish.

This wine can be enjoyed upon release but will benefit from careful ageing in a cellar up to 20 years.

Under the correct conditions the Velvet 2019 will cellar from 2020-2035+.
