"The grapes for this wine were sourced from three of our Hawkes Bay vineyards – Riverview, Kinross, and Colefield. The grapes were machine-harvested and transported to our Riverview winery, where they were pressed off immediately to limit colour extraction. The juice was settled, then racked off for fermentation using a variety of yeasts, but primarily Actiflore Rose. The resulting wines were transported to our Katikati winery, where they were finished and bottled over time.
Aromas of bright red fruits and wild flowers. The palate is clean, fresh, and lively. The delicious strawberries and cream finish is long and memorable."
