Domaine des Malandes is a family estate, combining traditional winemaking with the best modern equipment. The care and respect brought to the vinification process, and also to the various locations of the plots, contribute largely to the high quality wines which achieve many International awards.
Lyne Marchive (n?e Tremblay) has been this 27 hectare domain since 1972, and produces a range of wines that covers the whole spectrum from Petit Chablis up to the two grand crus of Vaudes?r and Les Clos, along with the young oenologist - Guenole Breteaudeau - who joined the team in 2006. Her approach, in both the vineyard and the cellar is to respect the environment, to produce wines of quality and typicity.
Aged 100% in stainless steel, this has crisp, classic Chablis minerality, with twists of seashell among crunchy green apple, pear and fresh, pure grapefruit. Seafood platter will make a perfect food match.
