Nose: Delicate aromas of white flowers, roasted citrus, ripe peach and Mirabelle plum are layered with subtle notes of brioche, oyster shell and chalky minerality.
Palate: Silky and beautifully textured, the palate delivers concentrated citrus and stone fruit wrapped in an elegant, creamy mousse. Hints of toasted pastry, saline minerality and fine chalk create exceptional depth and balance, leading to a remarkably long, pure finish.
