"Lörch Mirabelle Plum Brandy is a traditional German fruit brandy made from 100% Mirabelle plums, carefully fermented and distilled to capture the naturally delicate character of the fruit. More than 329 Mirabelles are used to produce each 700ml bottle, resulting in an elegant and expressive spirit that showcases the sweet, stone-fruit character of this distinctive plum. At 40% ABV, it is smooth and versatile, making an excellent after-dinner digestif.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fragrant and distinctly fruity, with ripe Mirabelle plum aromas complemented by delicate almond and subtle caramel notes.
Palate: Smooth and expressive, with generous flavours of sweet Mirabelle plum, bitter almond and gentle caramel. The fruit character is concentrated yet elegant, with a clean, warming spirit texture.
