In their Sowing Edition (Second Crop) for 2023, they have used 100% fresh first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from higher up in their warehouse than last year. The heat, faster maturation, and older spirit combine to show a clear progression in this 2nd Edition from last year's edition.
Nose: Signature sweet red apple and pear.
Palate: Vanilla pods and almond oil.
Finish: Medium length with a crisp, refreshing pine forest note.
