Picked from the Peruvian pepper tree, Pink Peppercorn is distinctly unique, with a light floral quality, a hint of tart raspberry sweetness and a lingering spice. The delicate botanical adds warmth and balance to our gin and is a perfect match with kawakawa. As a kiwi company, Kākāpō Distillery acknowledges that their understanding of kawakawa comes from matauranga māori (Māori knowledge).
