"Selected from a few of our growers' estates in the Nelson region, from predominantly Moutere clay. 100% maturation in a mix of older French & American oak barrels for 10 months, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aromas of rock melon, ripe peaches, warm spices, and a pleasant touch of fruit sweetness. The palate is lifted, showing well-integrated stone fruit & dried apricot flavours backed by rich oak toastiness resulting in a beautifully generous, long and well-balanced wine."
