"The Irishman The Harvest is a smooth, full-bodied Irish whiskey combining 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskey. Triple distilled and matured exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, it is made from a mash bill of 100% Irish barley. Tasting Notes
Nose: Zesty spice and black pepper, followed by ripe peach and fresh fruit.
Palate: Creamy and rounded, with pot still spice, dark chocolate, bourbon oak and rich crème caramel or toffee notes.
Finish: Smooth and lingering, with warming oak, butterscotch and gentle spice."
