Nose: Quite light, yet rather punchy. There are notes of winter spice and black pepper with a touch of caramel.

Palate: Fresh and crisp with medium body. There are notes of buttery biscuit and toffee fudge with cereal sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel.

Finish: Good length with a fudge sweetness."

Good. low cost whiskey that's fine for 'everyday drinking' (NOT that I drink everyday!) Works well in cocktails as well.

I have bought this before and enjoyed it. Value for money too.

Tolerable

The reviews seemed good, but it's just another cheap nasty blend that needs alot of mixer. Better than JW Red, but about on par with other cheap blends like Teachers etc.

Nice drop the defies its price point. Good for visitors who wouldn't appreciate a better whiskey (-:

Surprisingly Good

I bought this on special and was quite impressed; wished I'd bought two of them! I'd thought it would need a generous amount of mixer, but no, it was very nice with just a splash of water.
