A lighter type of dark ale. There is a bit of a roasted and caramel-like flavour. There is purity and freshness. Quite enjoyable on a warm summer day.

First had this beer after a day spent with family at Singapore Universal Studios. We stopped off at The Hard Rock Sentosa, ordered a Erdinger Dunkel and loved it. Thanks to Whisky and More I am reunited with one of my favourite beers, cheers.
