Only
$182.00
"A rich and distinctive Highland single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025 after 15 years of maturation. The whisky received an extended 33-month finish in Quinta de São Francisco Estremadura fortified-wine casks from Portugal, bringing deep fruit character, warming spice and a luxurious sweetness to Edradour's naturally full-bodied spirit. Bottled at 57.7% ABV cask strength, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich and aromatic, with dark berries, blackcurrant, raisins, figs and black cherry, alongside roasted hazelnuts, milk chocolate and subtle polished oak.
Palate: Full-bodied, velvety and intense, showing plum compote, dried fruit, dark chocolate and spiced fruitcake, with warming notes of cinnamon, clove and black pepper. The fortified-wine influence brings a rich, syrupy sweetness and excellent depth.
Finish: Long, warming and beautifully layered, with dried cherries, red berries, tobacco, gentle oak and lingering spice, finishing with a subtle dry wine character."
