Destiny Bay Magna Praemia 2024
Only
$780.00
"Encased in a dense, dark colour that hints at its depth, this Magna Praemia expresses brooding black fruits with a whisper of clove, baking spice and vanilla that lurks beneath the surface. On the first sip the palate is enveloped in currants, smashed berries and finished off with tobacco, treacle and a hint of cola. After a further taste, lavender and other aromatic herbs rest on top of perfectly integrated oak notes of cedar, graphite and a touch of pencil shavings. Rich, seamless, deep and with a long finish, this Magna Praemia is approachable now, but will reward those who cellar it with layer upon layer of complexity in the years to come."
