Commercial Description:
A wine with a ruby tint and garnet reflections. Intense aroma of cherries with an almost liqueur touch. Yet a certain lightness and freshness is felt underlined by a faint amargo tom de plum peels. In the mouth, a deep and rich material with a nice balance between power and freshness, brought by the Grenache. Notes of blackberries and currants on a hint of fresh mint. The wine has a low fruit sweetness and concentration, but still works easily in the antrite.
Due to its power, this wine will go very well with dishes with character: red meats (Picanha) and cheeses such as Bleu d?Auvergne.
