"This is the Billecart Salmon Champagne Brut Rosé in a large format 1.5 Litre Magnum! It’d be fair to say this is a non-vintage Rosé with a cult like following in wine circles around the globe.
Utterly mouthwatering; soft red fruit, citrus and strawberry shortcake flavours add seduction to the invigorating, expressive mid-palate. Very finely bubbled, its complex pure flavours finish with intent in a very minerally exhilarating finish. Beautiful to enjoy by itself... also broadly complementary to food as an aperitif with a platter of charcuterie, cheeses, pate, spiced salads, mixed seafoods. Not bad with white chocolate either, and a superb way to end a lovely night. Enjoy as a fresh NV Champagne."
