"Picota cherry red colour. Aromas of blackberries, plums, figs, and thyme that bring you to the old mountain vineyards of Garnacha. A subtle touch of oak with balsamic and mineral aromas. Savoury and silky in the mouth with an intense concentration of fruit and a long, balanced aftertaste.
Baltasar Gracián is the main range of the winery. High altitude vineyards, different orientation,s and exceptional slate and gravel soils, which, together with the antiquity of its traditional, bush vines, produce grape harvests of exceptional quality. Selection of Garnacha plots over 60 years old, from vineyards located in the hills of the Sierra Santa Cruz with quartzite and slate soils."
