"A lovely light peach salmon colour.

The juice for the Rosé was syphoned from the Pinot Noir and cool-soaked before fermentation once the colour and flavour had reached the perfect intensity for this style. After slight clarification, the juice was fermented at cool temperatures to maximise red berry flavours and floral aromatics in the final wine. The use of gentle fining agents before filtration has ensured that the resulting wine has a silken texture and is brimming with flavours and aromas."
