Nose: Aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus and melon mingle with creamy, mealy characters and hints of brioche, baking spice and subtle smoky oak.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied, with generous flavours of ripe peach, fleshy tropical fruit and melon. Fine French oak brings beautifully integrated toast and spice, while a creamy texture and taut minerality provide balance and structure.
Finish: Long and persistent, with lingering notes of grilled peach, toasted oak, brioche and a delicate hint of hokey pokey."
