Paua Cove Pinot Gris 2026

The Pinot Gris is a soft delicate vintage which requires more aging- to bring out the refined fruity flavours. The alc% is probably down to 7% but does not impact on the fine flavours. I would say this is a ladies wine

We are very, very fond of Paua Cove wine. It is a light refreshing wine, easy to drink and will be great inside or out during the Summer evenings. A wine that will be welcomed wherever you take it.

Pāua Cove Pinot Gris ,is full of flavour ,loved it with a creamy soft cheese and toasted Baguette,just perfect for entertaining!
