"The whisky before you has been quietly maturing and softening in a mix of carefully selected American Oak ex-bourbon barrels, or French Oak NZ red wine casks (or both!).
The magic of maturation happens in our seaside bondstore. Here's the barrels absorb and transfer sea-mist from crashing surf into the spirit, to present a gentle maritime hint on the palate, alongside rich malts' sweetness and the fabulous flavors of caramel, tropical fruits, and honey from the casks.
