A milestone for Divergence, this is the first bottling of a five year old Single Malt Whisky, launched at Dram Fest 2023. A delicious combination of a single 100 litre South Australian Sherry cask and a single 100 litre ex-Bourbon barrel, both aged five years at our Christchurch distillery.
Tasting Notes:
Vanilla, cr?me br?l?e, blackberries and cinnamon notes on the nose. Creamy vanilla, oak, spice, blackberries and pear on the palate with a lingering finish of stewed apple and pear and vanilla cake.
