This Syrah has been elevated with a small amount of fruit-forward Malbec to create an earthy wine that brims with dark fruits, tobacco, leather, and black pepper, accompanied by aromas of baking spice. This wine has the warmth of a feather pillow for a fatigued head.
Grown biodynamically using herbal, mineral, and animal preparations and with compassion for the laws of nature. We have not used any herbicide, insecticide, systemic fungicide, or soluble fertilizer to produce these grapes, nor any foreign yeasts or bacteria to ferment this wine.
