The blend is a unique expression of Black Label that is sweet, fruity and spicy. This special release from our Master Blender Chris Clark is crafted from an exceptional selection of whiskies, including three Speyside malts (Blair Athol, Cardhu and Strathmill) at its heart.
The whisky goes through three casks. First, it is matured in Whisky and Bourbon Oak casks and then finished in a Caribbean Rum Cask. The process harnesses their lively characters to awaken a new, rich, colourful and exciting flavour.
The outcome is a wonderfully complex blend with layers of spice & ginger aromas, soft ripening orchard fruit, toffee, brown sugar and sweet vanilla with a hint of smoke."
