"Calle 23 is a 100% agave tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, the Los Altos region. Double-distilled in copper pot-stills to retain the true agave character, and rested in ex-bourbon oak casks for 8 months.
Enticing butterscotch, nuts, and cooked agave. Fairly light for an aged tequila, though still rich with cooked peppers, fresh herbs, and a sweet note of figs at the end."
