Tasting Notes
Nose:
Vanilla, honey, toffee and dried fruit, with citrus zest and delicate floral notes. A subtle maritime character develops alongside the richer oak and sherry aromas.
Palate:
Rich and warming, with nutmeg, liquorice, sultanas and dates. Layers of dried fruit, chocolate and almond combine with vanilla, sweet toffee, brown sugar and honey.
Finish:
Long and warming, with lingering sweet citrus, dried fruit, oak spice and a gentle maritime character."
