Diplomatico Single Vintage 2007 is a rare vintage rum, bottled in a beautiful decanter. It has been distilled, aged and blended in Venezuela, from cane honey and molasses, using a unique variety of stills and columns.
The different rums that make up this blend of at least 12 years of age were aged in bourbon and whisky barrels. The blend was then blended in oloroso sherry casks for a further year.
- A bold sweetness of vanilla caramel appears
- Roasted flavours are totally melted and a few dark fruits appear in small touches
