Lind & Lime Gin is a Scottish gin produced by The Port of Leith Distillery at our Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, Edinburgh. With such a remarkable range of gins now available, we wanted to go back to the very definition of a classic London Dry Gin; a delicate balance of juniper and lime with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns. Lind & Lime is a benchmark London Dry Gin; crisp, refreshing and delicious.

Our watchword in the creation of Lind & Lime was ?Balance?. This concept, borrowed from the world of wine, dictates that every flavour in our gin should work in delicate harmony, without a single dominant characteristic.
Botanical profile Juniper, limes, pink peppercorns, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Oris Root, Coriander Seed. On the nose juniper and pink peppercorns dominate, with the lime emerging as a sweet citrus scent with a hint of liquorice. On the palate, the lime zest, pepper and juniper are all in gentle harmony, with a smooth texture derived from the citrus oils that make it very sipable, with peppercorns lingering on the finish.

We have tested a wide range of tonics and mixers with our gin. Lind & Lime is complex and delicate, and the flavours we?ve created can easily be overwhelmed by many brands of tonic water. As such we?ve found that Fever Tree Refreshingly Light
Tonic and Schweppes Signature Crisp Tonic work best as they allow the flavours of Lind & Lime to shine through.
