The Mosel Distillers is a young brand, but the people behind it have a lot of know-how. And so it is not surprising that the brandies are of excellent quality. All ingredients come from the Saargau, are carefully selected and processed according to old distillery craftsmanship.
Rubinette is an old apple variety and a cross between a Golden Delicious and a Cox Orange. Rubinette combines two taste-intensive apple varieties, which is noticeable in the distillate. The apple notes are powerful and juicy and are still mildly received.
