Older clay soils derived from glacial outwash hold moisture late into the growing season and allow us to manage under-vine competition via mowing rather than cultivation. Modest crops and open canopies promote full ripening and a citrus-driven fruit profile. This is our first release from our fully organically certified vineyard and one we’re rather proud of."
