Caramel and vanilla sweetness with gentle spicy and woody hints.
Warm, mellow sherry influence — fruity, nutty and inviting.
Palate: Sweet fruit — stewed orchard fruit, raisins, apricot/peach nuances.
Rich toffee and butterscotch with creamy, smooth layers.
Underlying spice and warmth — cinnamon bark, gingerbread and light oak tannin.
Balanced with nutty notes and light toasted almond character.
Finish: Medium to long — lingering sweet dried fruit and spice with a touch of oak dryness.
