Harvest: Manual harvest at perfect maturity, carefully sorted at harvest.
Soil: A blend of several Châteauneuf-du-Pape Terroirs, composed of rolled pebbles from the ancient bed of the Rhône, safres, and Villafranchian terraces on clay matrices.
Ageing: Aged for 16 months entirely in concrete vats.
Appearance: intense crimson-red.
Nose: complex and subtle, blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry, and morello cherry.
