Enjoyed best ice cold together with an equally chilled lager (i.e. Heineken) and Dutch bitterballen and small cut blocks of Medium Gouda Cheese and a touch of mustard 😎☝️

Gin Lovers Best New Discovery

It's not often that a middle-aged booze-connoisseur finds something new and utterly amazing, but I just have. This is a dry Gin with hint of malt, like a Bourbon or a Scotch aged in Bourbon barrels.
The best thing is that Bols Zeer Oude is much more subtle than you might think. It works fine in cocktails. Don't be tempted to get a blander style.

Bols Zeer Oude Jenever and also Bols Corenwyn are the best enjoyed served ice cold together with an equally cooled Dutch Lager Beer.

Bols Oude Jenever…Glorious!

Very Old Bols Jenever is an easily acquired taste. Sip it out of the fridge or freezer, straight, in a small glass. Also can be “sipped”along with a pilsner beer. Like “old cheese” it has this “tang” that displays a hint of fruit, and of course the juniper berry. A soft, but slightly sharp contradiction that plays wonders with your taste buds as you enjoy this very rare drink. You will not be disappointed! I absolutely love it.

Delicious

First time I have tried.

Opened this for "whisky club" at work, where a guest spirit appears that can be mixed for the non whisky drinkers. Went down very well as a G&T for the others. I then had waaay to much of it neat.

Very smooth and also now keen to try with tonic, or maybe even soda and cucumber
