Nose: Characterized by hazelnuts coated in caramel, orange zest, and abundant vanilla, all underlined by a rich, dry smoke.
Palate: Oily and complex with toasted oak, spicy cinnamon, and citrus.
Finish: Long and warming, with persistent notes of peat smoke
Two-Stage Aging: It spent the first five and a half years in ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred for another five and a half years into 115-litre Koval Quarter Casks.
Limited Release: This is the second in a four-part "Signature Series," with only 14,822 bottles produced."
