Small batch artisanal syrups crafted in Christchurch, Tonic Merchant syrups are more versatile than traditional tonic water. They all contain quinine sustainably sourced from the cinchona tree bark, which gives our syrup its beautiful amber colour. It pairs wonderfully with gin and its unique flavour combinations allows you to create your own cocktail combinations.
After witnessing friends add cucumber & pink peppercorns to their gin & tonics – it is now done for you. A refreshing cucumber hit with undertones of subtle pepper.
Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts sparkling water or soda stream. Makes 15 drinks.
