Commercial Description:
Nose: Sweet cream with apple, mango and a touch of olive oil ? green and grassy. Barley-sugar sweetness and pink shrimp sweets are backed up by gentle maltiness.
Palate: Meaty grain, mint fondant and rich butter cream. The grain falls beneath the cream as gentle toffee sauce notes develop. Then comes a wave of fruit: apples, pears, bananas and slightly underripe mangoes.
Finish: Salty butter and white toast followed by toffee, apples and soft spice.
