Based on traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica, lemongrass and cardamom, this dry gin is distilled in the old stills of Onder de Boompjes. To develop the unique Sloe Gin flavor, sloe berries are added after distillation to the gin for 6-8 weeks. After maceration, this Sloe Gin is infused with the flavor of red forest fruits, making it perfect for G&T in the wintertime.
Nose: Intense notes of dark berries and fruits such as blackberries, prunes and redcurrant.
Palate: Fruity and sweet with notes of sloe berries and a spicy touch reminding of mulled wine.
