"The second wine from Chateau Malescasse offering exceptional value.
Made up of 44% Merlot, 48% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 8% Petit Verdot, our second wine was prepared partly in stainless steel vats with gentle punching-down and partly in stainless steel vats with racking during fermentation. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in vats and in casks of which 30% were in new wood. The wines were then aged in oak barrels of 1 to 2 wines."
